Delete your Transkribe account
You can delete your account and all of its data at any time. Deletion is permanent and can't be undone.
In the app
- Open Transkribe and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Without the app
Email hi@transkribe.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm once it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in details
- Every recording's audio
- All transcripts, summaries, action items and translations
- Your meeting and calendar settings
Nothing is kept after deletion. If you subscribed to Pro, cancel the subscription in Google Play too — deleting your account doesn't cancel store billing.
