Transkribe records your meetings, calls and lectures, turns them into word-for-word transcripts, and writes the notes for you — key points, decisions and who owns what — a minute or two after you stop recording.
Press record, or upload a file you already have. Everything else happens on its own.
Record a meeting, call or lecture on your phone, or upload an audio or video file. Pick a meeting type so the notes fit the conversation.
Every word, with each speaker identified. Works in nearly 60 languages, and recording keeps going with your screen off.
When you stop, Transkribe writes the summary — key points, decisions, action items with owners — and it's waiting in the app a minute or two later.
Every conversation you capture becomes a transcript, a translation and a set of notes — without running it through three different apps.
Accurate, searchable text from your recordings and uploaded files, with timestamps and speaker labels.
About transcriptionTranslate transcripts and notes into nearly 60 languages, so a meeting in one language gives you notes in another.
About translationSummaries, decisions and action items written for you the moment the recording ends.
About notesTranskribe reads the whole conversation and writes structured minutes: what was discussed, what was decided, and who's doing what by when. Tick off action items as they're done, or share the notes from your phone in a tap.
Try the note takerEach voice is identified automatically, and you can rename speakers so the notes use real names. Add the names, products and jargon you use to your custom vocabulary and they're spelled right. The transcript and notes are ready a minute or two after you stop.
Start transcribingPick a meeting type before you record and the summary focuses on what matters for it: goals, objections and next steps on a sales call, blockers in a standup, concepts and deadlines in a lecture. Interview notes record what was said without rating the candidate.
Try a templateNeed the budget figure someone mentioned, the list of open questions, or a reminder of what you agreed to? Ask in plain language and get an answer pulled from the transcript itself.
Ask a questionRecord in one language and read the transcript and summary in another. If people switch languages mid-meeting, mixed-language mode follows English, Spanish, French, German, Hindi, Russian, Portuguese, Japanese, Italian and Dutch in one conversation.
Translate a recordingEverything is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored privately in your account, and never used to train models. Delete a recording and it's gone — transcript, notes and audio.

Usually, yes. Recording laws depend on where you and the other participants are, and in many places everyone must agree. You're responsible for telling participants and getting any consent required.
